Rob Riggle is an actor, comedian and marine. And now he’s a fart claimer. It’s that time of the year(s) again, time for Comedy Central’s biennial telethon/fundraiser/cornucopia-of-comedy charity event to benefit Autism charities, Night of Too Many Stars. Along with a long list of like Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Fred Armisen, Jimmy Kimmel and Seth Rogen, Rob Riggle is doing his part by claiming your fart.

Later this month, the official Night of Too Many Stars online auction will kick off, but late Friday night, one very special pre-show auction was launched. Rob Riggle and Funny or Die have teamed up with Comedy Central and Jon Stewart’s Busboy Productions to offer one lucky bidder the opportunity of a lifetime. If you’re in the L.A. area or can get there, not only do you get to meet Rob Riggle, but you also get to ride in an elevator with him, fart, and have him take the blame for it.

“Let’s face it,” says Riggle in the below video promoting the auction, “you will fart in an elevator this year, probably many times. Isn’t it nice to know that, at least once, someone else will take the blame? That no matter who smelt it, I will have dealt it.”

Nice, indeed, Mr. Riggle. And the nicest part about it is that money raised by the auction will benefit New York Collaborates for Autism (NYCA).

The filming of the fart will take place on Oct. 15 in Los Angeles, but the auction ends on Oct. 10, so bid now. Night of Too Many Stars tapes at the Beacon Theatre on Oct. 13 and then airs with the live telethon on Comedy Central on Oct. 21, at 8 pm ET
